The cabinet needs at least 55″ clearance on top, 6″ clearance on the sides, 18″ clearance in the front for easy access, and 2″ clearance from the draft diverter to the wall. This model uses natural gas, and includes an automatic blower that spreads heat throughout the room. Empire includes a 10-year limited warrangy for the combustion chamber and a 1-year warranty on parts.
